Can someone help me take my delivery inside?
- Our small and medium parcels are delivered to the outside of your property, as close as possible to the front door.
- Our large parcels are delivered to your hallway as standard.
- Our pallet deliveries will be made to the kerbside. For insurance and health and safety reasons, the courier will not be able to move a pallet or the goods inside of your property so we recommend ensuring you have sufficient help on hand to inspect and carry in your items.
Multiple large items may require your delivery to be on a pallet. If it's important for your order to be delivered inside your hallway, please chat with our team to check if your order will require a pallet - we may be able to help suggest which items would be suitable.
