Our Design Experts
Samantha Lawson
Sam has been designing bathrooms since 2012, bringing over 13 years of industry-focused experience to every project. With a strong background in showroom design, she’s worked across everything from trade-only suppliers to high-end retailers, giving her a deep understanding of layout, product selection, and real-world practicality.
Sam’s approach balances aesthetics with usability — creating spaces that not only look great but work beautifully day to day. While she keeps up with design inspiration through platforms like Instagram, Pinterest, and industry exhibitions, she believes the best bathrooms are tailored to the individual, not just current trends.
Passionate about design both at work and at home, Sam enjoys planning renovation projects, exploring new places, and finding fresh inspiration — all of which feed into her thoughtful, customer-first design process.

How would you describe your approach as a designer?
Always thinking what would be the most useable and enjoyable layout.
What’s your current favourite trend?
Brushed Brass for fixtures goes very well with oak units and green tiles or paint.
Top tip for customers planning their bathrooms?
Try not to fit too many elements into your bathroom. Open space and good access help make the room feel comfortable a nicer place to be.
Grace Reynolds
How would you describe your approach as a designer?
Good attention to detail and simplicity is key.
What’s your current favourite trend?
Less is more! I love the principle of minimalist design; investing in fewer quality pieces and focusing on functionality, all brought together through simple styling and monochromatic colours.
Top tip for customers planning their bathrooms?
Finding what you do not like is just as important as what you do like. Focus on perfecting the layout to suit how the bathroom will be used, who and how often, then move to focusing on the fixtures.

Testimonials + Case Studies
I used the Drench 3D Design service and purchased a bathroom suite & items for a cloakroom. Designer Samantha was brilliant throughout the process and exceeded all my expectations. Our bathroom is beautiful! Thank you! Daiva
Used the 3D Design service which was excellent. Bought nearly everything from Drench as prices were very competitive. I made an error ordering the shower tray so they collected the wrong one and replaced it the next day. Highly recommend! Mrs Macdonald
I was able to tweak the design options until I was entirely happy with the design and the final invoice came in within my strict budget. The products were all competitively priced with ranges for all pockets and I was able to go expensive on some items and save on others without compromising the final look. So pleased with the final installation – the bathroom looks exactly like the design and the quality of the products is beyond my expectations. A. Bexley
