Can I change my delivery address after ordering?
To help protect against fraudulent payments, we are not able to change your delivery address after you’ve placed an order. This applies to payments made by credit or debit card, Klarna, Clearpay, PayPal and all other payment methods apart from direct bank transfer.
If you can no longer accept delivery at the original address, please contact us via live chat or email and we can cancel and refund your original order and create a new order with the updated delivery address.
